Job Description Summary
The Senior Finance Analyst is a key member of the Global Services Finance team, responsible for providing financial leadership and oversight for segment-level service and centralized P&Ls - consisting of strategic infrastructure investments, digital initiatives, and business transformation programs. This role partners closely with global modality, regional, and functional leaders to drive business performance and financial outcomes. Core responsibilities include forecasting, reporting, budgeting, long-term planning, financial governance, and delivering actionable insights that support informed decision-making.Beyond traditional FP&A responsibilities, this position plays a critical role in leading cross-functional projects and transformation initiatives that address evolving business and organizational priorities. The individual will help design and implement scalable processes, standard work, and governance frameworks across a highly matrixed global services organization to improve transparency, consistency, accountability, and operational rigor.

Job Description
The successful candidate will combine strong financial and analytical expertise with a continuous improvement mindset, leveraging automation, digital tools, and advanced analytics to streamline processes, enhance reporting capabilities, and drive productivity. Experience with financial systems, software capitalization, CapEx management, intercompany allocations, Power BI, and AI-enabled solutions is highly desirable. This role requires the ability to influence stakeholders, build strong cross-functional partnerships, and collaborate effectively across Global Services, segment finance teams, regional organizations, and corporate functions to deliver sustainable business results
Roles and Responsibilities
Manage forecasting, budgeting, strategic planning, and reporting processes for assigned service segments, cost centers, and investment portfolios.
Provide financial oversight of infrastructure projects, software investments, productivity initiatives, and other strategic programs.
Lead cross-functional projects that improve financial processes, reporting capabilities, operating rhythms, and organizational effectiveness.
Develop and implement standard work, governance processes, and scalable financial frameworks across a complex matrixed organization.
Support segment financial reporting and performance management while delivering actionable business insights to leaders.
Partner with stakeholders across Global Services, regions, segments, and corporate finance to improve financial visibility and accountability.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives through automation, analytics, Power BI dashboards, and AI-enabled solutions.
Ensure compliance with accounting policies and support financial treatment of software capitalization, CapEx investments, internal allocations, and related transactions.
Identify opportunities to simplify processes, improve data quality, and strengthen end-to-end financial flows.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college with 6 years of related FP&A experience.
Desired Characteristics
Strong oral and written communication skills. Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems. Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs. Established project management skills.
Knowledge of accounting and finance processes related to software capitalization, capital investments, and project governance.
Experience with Power BI, data visualization, automation, and AI-driven analytics.
Demonstrated ability to lead projects and drive process improvements in a global matrix environment.
Strong FP&A, financial reporting, and business partnering experience.
Strong communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.
Proven ability to balance strategic initiatives with operational execution in a fast-paced environment.
