Sr. Full Stack Developer - Python & Ai

Job Description:

Role and responsibility:

• Design, develop, and support systems within the financial modeling, analytics, and research area.
• Design and develop new code and review existing code changes to ensure standard technology development practices are met.
• Assist in the operational execution of software solutions to assist with the monitoring and controlling of market and credit risks.
• Assist with application development and modifying and/or maintaining applications;
  Demonstrate knowledge of development tools and languages.
• Assist other areas of financial research and engineering when defining requirements for systems applications. Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering ,or related technical field and 2 years of experience developing analytics software applications, OR
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related technical field and 5 years of experience developing analytics software applications,
• Practical experience with Python, front-end technologies ( React, JavaScript, and web application development), along with the capability to write effective code.
• Experience or background in fixed income, account, or capital markets is a plus.
• AI experience, including using LLMs to build agentic applications, is a plus.
• Must be creative and able to deliver quick solutions.

Demonstrated knowledge of:

• quantitative finance
• Python,
• Python web technologies, e.G. Flask, Dash
• Python data processing technologies, e.G. Pandas, NumPy
• Solid understanding of web applications, e.G. HTML, CSS, JavaScript
• Solid understanding of DB and SQL
• Linux/Unix OS

Preferred experience:

• AI agentic programming
• JavaScript framework: jQuery, data table, React
• Front-end design, CSS, Tailwind
• Cloud technology, Google Kubeflow, AWS
• Mortgage or GSE experience
• R, Java, C, C++, SAS
