Sr. HR Generalist
Location: CALABARZON
Work Setup: Onsite
Compensation Flexibility: Open to negotiation for highly qualified candidates.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Handle employee relations matters, including investigations, documentation, and resolution of workplace concerns.
- Support core HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, performance management, disciplinary actions, engagement, and employee exits.
- Advise managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and people-related matters.
- Promote compliance with labor regulations, company policies, and documentation standards.
- Maintain accurate employee records, HR systems, and workforce reports.
- Collaborate with internal HR teams to implement programs and support organizational needs.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- at least 5 years of relevant HR experience.
- Knowledge of employee relations, labor regulations, and HR practices.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
- Proficiency in HR systems and reporting tools.
