JOB DESCRIPTION
Role: SR. IT Engineer Applications
Shift Timing: 2:00 PM 11:00 PM
We are looking for a Senior IT Engineer Applications to support and enhance our Azure Platform. The role is primarily focused on production and operational support, along with platform enhancements and automation.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day Azure Cloud/PaaS production support and troubleshoot application/platform issues.
- Handle incident, change, migration, and application onboarding activities.
- Work with Terraform, GitHub Actions, and Git for infrastructure and CI/CD automation.
- Develop scripts using Python, Bash, or PowerShell to automate operational and platform tasks.
- Monitor and troubleshoot using Dynatrace, Splunk, Sysdig, or similar tools.
- Support platform enhancements, feature requests, integrations, and deployments.
- Execute runbooks, maintain technical documentation, and provide post implementation support.
- Collaborate with technical teams and stakeholders to ensure smooth platform operations.
- Focus on platform stability, reliability, automation, and continuous improvement.
