We're looking for a Sr. Java Backend Engineer to join a high-impact FinTech project.
This role is ideal for engineers who enjoy solving complex problems, designing scalable backend services, and collaborating with experienced development teams.
Requirements:
- Advanced English.
- 8+ years of Java Backend development.
- Strong Spring Boot & Microservices experience.
- Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Design and Software Design principles.
- Experience building REST APIs and enterprise backend applications.
- AWS experience (EC2, ECS, Lambda or similar).
- Strong knowledge of relational databases and ORM (Hibernate/JPA).
- CI/CD experience (Git, Jenkins, Pull Requests, Code Reviews).
- Ownership mentality.
- Passion for solving complex technical challenges.
- Experience delivering features from design to production.
