Must-Have Skills:
- Strong hands-on experience in Java
- Experience in Spring Boot and Microservices architecture
- Strong knowledge of REST APIs and backend service development
- Experience with Hibernate / JPA
- Good understanding of SQL / relational databases
- Strong knowledge of OOPs, design patterns, and clean coding practices
- Experience in application development, debugging, and performance tuning
- Exposure to AI-enabled applications / AI integrations / intelligent automation / GenAI use cases
- Experience with Git and version control
- Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Good-to-Have Skills:
- Experience with Kafka / messaging systems
- Exposure to Python for AI/ML integration use cases
- Knowledge of cloud platforms like AWS / Azure / GCP
- Familiarity with Docker / Kubernetes / CI/CD pipelines
- Understanding of LLM / GenAI concepts, prompt-based integrations, or AI service APIs
- Experience with Agile / Scrum methodology
- Exposure to NoSQL databases
