Job Description

Drive business growth and targeted profitability for Key Accounts Minis-Hyper-Supermarket
1.  Grow sales (volume & value mix)
2.  Lead execution of Kraft Heinz strategic commercial plans including but not limited to: new customer expansion, geo-expansion, new product launches, customer contract, and portfolio strategy
3.  Drive local/tactical initiatives and propose business plans
Ensure best-in-class execution on MT customers
1.  Execute all activities program for customers to match execution standards.
2.  Ensure full scope implementation of sales routines: KPI/goal settings, daily/weekly/monthly food service sub-channel reviews and all required reporting activities. Lead daily operational engagement with distributors
Execute activities to support Route-To-Market initiatives
1.  Contribute Execution of RTM model(s) at distributors to modern trade key account and ensure sustainable execution
Implement activities to support Kraft Heinz distributor management strategy
1.  Provide necessary information/tasks to support: standardized practices, control & monitoring, performance evaluation, strategic business reviews related food service key account.
2.  Take part in Top-to-Top business reviews with food service key account to align short/mid-term performance and key initiatives development strategy.
Forecasting & Supply Chain process synchronization
1.  Take full accountability of forecasts by SKU, channel within scope.
2.  Ensure optimum flows to minimize product returns/defects and expired. Take part Implement FIFO/FEFO models at distributors to protect freshness. In collaboration with central SC team.
