Job Description:
The Senior Lead of FP&A is responsible for supporting financial planning, analysis, and reporting related to supply chain operations. This role partners with procurement, logistics, and operations teams to optimize costs, improve efficiency, and drive data-driven decision-making across the supply chain.
What you'll do:
- Analyze supply chain costs including procurement, transportation, warehousing, and inventory.
- Develop and maintain financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as inventory turnover, cost per unit, and logistics expenses.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to identify cost-saving opportunities and process improvements.
- Prepare monthly financial reports and variance analyses comparing actual results vs. budget/forecast.
- Support pricing strategies by analyzing cost structures and margin impacts.
Required qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in one of the following:
- Finance
- Accounting
- Economics
- Supply Chain Management
- Business Administration
5-6 years' experience in
- Financial analysis
- Supply chain, logistics, or operations
- Cost analysis or budgeting* Inventory management
- Procurement or sourcing
- Manufacturing or distribution environments
Preferred qualifications:
- Strong financial modeling and forecasting
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
- Knowledge of supply chain processes and logistics operations.
- Familiarity with cost accounting and inventory management.
