Spanning social media, influencer marketing, PR, brand activations, and marketing operations, the team collaborates closely with brand, creative, e-commerce, merchandising, PR, and international teams to deliver cohesive, customer-focused campaigns.

About the Role

The Global Senior Marketing Manager leads the planning and execution of integrated marketing initiatives across international markets, with responsibility spanning cross-brand marketing, influencer marketing, paid social, PR, trade marketing, partnerships, and marketing operations.

This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on execution, translating global and market priorities into clear marketing plans, targets, campaigns, and reporting. The Senior Manager works closely with leadership, e-commerce, creative, CRM, legal, finance, PR, and in-market teams to deliver cohesive marketing programs across Canada, Australia, and the UK.

The ideal candidate is a highly organized, commercially minded, and collaborative marketer who can manage multiple markets and workstreams, build strong cross-functional relationships, use performance insights to inform decisions, and confidently lead projects from strategy through execution.

Responsibilities

  • Lead cross-brand promotional and seasonal marketing strategy across international markets and brands, managing plans through cross-brand trackers, e-commerce meetings, business reviews, and other cross-functional forums.

  • Partner with leadership to establish annual, quarterly, and monthly marketing, influencer, and social goals across key international markets; track performance and present marketing updates, results, and priorities in regular business reviews.

  • Lead integrated market marketing initiatives across Canada, Australia, and the UK, partnering with e-commerce, creative, CRM, PR, legal, and in-market teams to deliver locally relevant campaigns and support strategic market priorities.

  • Lead influencer marketing initiatives, including sourcing and managing high-profile partnerships, seasonal and niche influencer programs, and serving as a point of escalation for influencer communications and partnership needs.

  • Oversee organic social strategy and execution across international markets, managing cross-brand briefs, identifying local content opportunities, partnering with creative and in-market teams, and providing social media best practices and platform guidance.

  • Manage paid social campaign development across relevant markets, briefing creative teams and coordinating content, messaging, links, and campaign requirements with CRM and other partners for traffic and awareness initiatives.

  • Lead international sweepstakes, trade marketing, and partner-marketing initiatives from conception through execution, collaborating with legal, e-commerce, CRM/EDM, creative, and external partners to maximize brand exposure and customer engagement.

  • Manage key PR and brand activation workstreams, including in-store events, partnership and media outreach, PR requests, and escalation of customer or collaboration inquiries to the appropriate teams.

  • Lead global marketing financial planning and oversight, including budget management, forecasting, accrual planning, and reconciliation; partner with Finance and the wider team to ensure accurate financial management and alignment of investment to marketing priorities.

  • Analyze and communicate marketing, social, and influencer performance through regular reporting and roadmaps; contribute data and insights to quarterly reporting and use results to inform future campaigns, content, and marketing priorities.

Criteria

  • Broad experience across integrated marketing, with strong working knowledge of Ecom, social media, influencer marketing, brand marketing, paid media, partnerships, PR, or related disciplines.

  • Demonstrated ability to translate business and market priorities into actionable marketing strategies, goals, campaigns, and measurement plans.

  • Strong project and program management skills, with the ability to lead multiple initiatives across different brands, markets, functions, and timelines.

  • Experience developing and managing influencer or external brand partnerships, including the confidence to manage senior or high-profile partners and resolve escalated issues professionally.

  • Strong understanding of organic and paid social media, including content briefing, platform best practices, campaign execution, and performance analysis.

  • Strong analytical and commercial skills, with experience setting targets, interpreting marketing performance, developing reporting, and translating results into clear recommendations.

  • Experience managing marketing budgets and operational processes, including forecasting and financial reconciliation.

  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate marketing plans, performance, priorities, and recommendations clearly to leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.

  • Strong relationship-building and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across e-commerce, creative, CRM, finance, legal, PR, and international teams as well as external agencies and partners.

  • Proactive, flexible, and solutions-oriented, with strong ownership, sound judgment, attention to detail, and the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, multi-market environment.

  • This role requires being onsite in SF office Monday through Thursday, with Friday optional in the office.
