Sr Manager, Engineering Project Management- Complex Project Delivery

Primary Purpose
Owns strategy and performance for multiple sections or a large, complex delivery function. Aligns standards across sites or product lines and directs programs that materially reduce delays, claims, and field incidents. Oversees the technical and safety standards, regulatory expectations, and budget targets for these sections.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Defines multi‑year roadmaps (methods, tooling, analytics, skills) and secures funding with measurable exit criteria.
• Aligns compliance, safety, project specifications, inspection standards, and evidence requirements; enforces change control.
• Launches major reduction programs (schedule recovery, outage reduction, warranty issues) with quantified baselines.
• Implements enterprise dashboards and standardized data definitions for decision‑quality reporting.
• Oversees supplier development with scorecards, audits, negotiated commitments, and escalations.
• Integrates delivery requirements into capital planning and operational excellence initiatives.
• Balances portfolio trade‑offs among speed, cost, access, and quality and documents rationale.
• Represents the function at division reviews and resolves resource conflicts.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
