Position Summary: (1-2 sentences)
esponsible for executing production tasks at critical workstations, supporting engineering teams in troubleshooting and data collection, and serving as a key team member in training and mentoring new employees.
Key Responsibilities
- Demonstrate proficiency in key production roles; perform pre-inspection, assembly, testing, and final inspection in strict accordance with drawings, work instructions, and SOPs;
- Complete daily production tasks assigned by supervisors while meeting quality and safety targets;
- Utilize PPI methodologies to propose and drive continuous improvement initiatives (e.g., improving equipment utilization, capacity, process flow, and work environment) to enhance efficiency, quality, and reduce waste;
- Record and maintain daily production data (e.g., FPY) to ensure traceability and support continuous improvement;
- Develop multi-skilling capabilities and support cross-line operations; train new employees according to established training processes;
- Actively support engineering activities including validation projects, prototype assembly, and testing;
- Strictly comply with company EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) policies and procedures.
Requirements / Qualifications
- College degree (Associate degree or above) in Mechatronics, Instrumentation, or related fields;
- Proficient in computer operation; basic English reading and writing skills preferred;
- Ability to read basic technical drawings, including mechanical assembly drawings, electrical schematics, fluid piping diagrams, and pneumatic diagrams;
- Minimum 3 years of experience in assembly and testing of electromechanical products; experience in the instrumentation industry is preferred;
- Experience in optical system assembly or alignment is a plus;
- Strong hands-on skills with the ability to learn new skills quickly;
- Strong quality awareness, customer/service mindset, and 5S knowledge;
- Proactive, responsible, and able to work overtime when required.
