岗位概述 | Position Overview

负责MIC的供应计划、采购、进口及库存协调和成品的本地采购。依据销售需求、联盟方需求和本地生产计划，制定并执行采购与进口方案，确保产品持续、及时、合规供应。岗位需确保日常运营符合公司内部控制、质量管理体系、中国海关及药品监管要求、当地GSP要求，并确保适用范围内的半成品和中间体采购符合GMP要求。通过跨职能协作、风险管理和流程改进，支持新品上市、CMO本地供应和业务连续性。
Responsible for supply planning, procurement, importation, and inventory coordination for MIC, including import procurement of CMO-related semi-finished goods, intermediates, and special items, as well as local procurement of finished products. Develops and executes procurement and import plans based on sales demand, alliance-partner requirements, and local manufacturing plans to ensure continuous, timely, and compliant supply. The role ensures that daily operations comply with internal controls, the quality management system, China customs and pharmaceutical regulatory requirements, local GSP requirements, and, where applicable, GMP requirements for semi-finished goods and intermediates. Supports new product launches, local CMO supply, and business continuity through cross-functional collaboration, risk management, and process improvement.

主要职责 | Key Responsibilities

1. 供应与采购计划 | 1. Supply and Procurement Planning

根据销售预测、订单需求、联盟方需求，编制、更新并执行滚动供应与采购计划；识别供需偏差、潜在短缺及过量风险，并推动及时纠偏。
Develop, maintain, and execute rolling supply and procurement plans based on sales forecasts, customer orders, alliance-partner requirements, and local manufacturing plans. Identify demand-supply gaps, potential shortages, and excess risks, and drive timely corrective actions.

2. 本地采购与订单管理 | 2. Local Procurement and Purchase Order Management

负责成品及相关服务的本地采购执行，包括采购申请与采购订单的创建、审批跟踪、下达、变更、交付协调、收货支持；确保采购记录完整、准确并符合授权及内部控制要求。
Execute local procurement of finished products and related services, including creation and approval follow-up of purchase requisitions and purchase orders, order placement, change control, delivery coordination, goods-receipt support, and reconciliation support. Ensure procurement records are complete, accurate, and compliant with authorization and internal-control requirements.

3. 合规与供应商质量协作 | 3. Compliance and Supplier Quality Collaboration

按照适用的GSP、海关、药品进口及公司采购管理要求开展业务。配合质量部门完成供应商和CMO的准入、定期评估、变更及质量信息管理，确保产品和物料来源合法、质量可靠、可追溯。
Perform activities in accordance with applicable GSP, GMP, customs, pharmaceutical importation, and company procurement requirements. Partner with Quality on supplier and CMO qualification, periodic assessment, change management, and quality-information management to ensure lawful sourcing, reliable quality, and traceability.

4. 库存与供应连续性管理 | 4. Inventory and Supply Continuity Management

监控仓库库存、在途库存、采购订单供应状态；协调供应、交付和异常处理，平衡产品与物料供应同销售和生产需求，推动库存合理配置、效期风险控制和库存效能提升。
Monitor warehouse inventory, in-transit inventory, purchase orders, and CMO material-supply status. Coordinate supply, delivery, and exception resolution; balance product and material supply with sales and manufacturing needs; and improve inventory allocation, shelf-life risk control, and inventory efficiency.

5. 新产品上市与首营支持 | 5. New Product Launch and Initial Qualification Support

协调内外部相关方完成产品首营、新产品上市、供应链建档、主数据维护及信息变更准备，确保上下游信息准确、及时并有效传递。
Coordinate internal and external stakeholders to complete initial product qualification, new product launch readiness, supply-chain setup, master-data maintenance, and information-change activities, ensuring accurate, timely, and effective information flow across upstream and downstream partners.

6. 跨职能协作与其他职责 | 6. Cross-functional Collaboration and Other Duties

与质量、财务、法务、商业、生产、计划、仓储、物流及全球/区域供应团队保持有效协作；完成主管安排的、与岗位相关的其他工作。
Collaborate effectively with Quality, Finance, Legal, Commercial, Manufacturing, Planning, Warehousing, Logistics, and global/regional supply teams. Perform other job-related duties assigned by the supervisor.

基本任职资格 | Basic Qualifications

• 教育背景：药学、医学、生物、化学、供应链、国际贸易或其他相关专业本科及以上学历。
  Bachelor’s degree or above in Pharmacy, Medicine, Biology, Chemistry, Supply Chain, International Trade, or another relevant discipline.
• 工作经验：至少 5 年采购、进口、物流、国际贸易、供应链运营或相关领域工作经验。
  At least five years of experience in procurement, importation, logistics, international trade, supply chain operations, or a related field.
• 语言能力：具备良好的中文书面与口头沟通能力，能够使用英语进行日常业务沟通、邮件往来、会议交流及文件审阅。
  Strong written and verbal Chinese, with working proficiency in English for routine business communication, emails, meetings, and document review.

相关技能 | Relevant Skills

· 熟悉中国海关、药品进口、GSP及适用GMP法规与操作要求；具备在受监管环境中开展采购和进口业务的合规意识。
Knowledge of China customs, pharmaceutical importation, GSP, and applicable GMP requirements, with a strong compliance mindset for procurement and import activities in a regulated environment.

· 熟练使用SAP或其他ERP系统、关务系统及Microsoft Office工具，尤其是Excel；能够确保主数据和交易数据准确。
Proficiency in SAP or another ERP system, customs systems, and Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel, with the ability to maintain accurate master and transactional data.

· 具备采购计划、订单管理、进口协调、库存监控、供应风险识别及异常处理能力。
Demonstrated capability in procurement planning, order management, import coordination, inventory monitoring, supply-risk identification, and exception management.

· 具有与供应商、物流服务商、报关行、海关、仓库、质量、财务及商业团队协作的经验。
Experience collaborating with suppliers, CMOs, logistics providers, customs brokers, customs authorities, warehouses, Quality, Finance, and Commercial teams.

· 具备良好的沟通协调、谈判、问题解决、数据分析、风险管理和持续改进能力；工作严谨，注重细节和执行。
Strong communication, coordination, negotiation, problem-solving, data-analysis, risk-management, and continuous-improvement skills, with disciplined execution and attention to detail.

优先条件 | Preferred Qualifications

• 具有医药、生物医药或其他受监管行业经验者优先。
  Experience in the pharmaceutical, biopharmaceutical, or another regulated industry is preferred.
• 无强制认证或职业许可要求；采购、供应链、国际贸易、关务或质量体系相关资格证书可作为加分项。
  No mandatory certification or license; qualifications in procurement, supply chain, international trade, customs, or quality systems are an advantage.
