Sr Product Designer, Adobe Express

The opportunity

Adobe Express helps millions of creators worldwide design and publish content every day. To simplify and expand this ecosystem, we are hiring a Sr. Product Designer to redesign how creators contribute content to Express and how that content is displayed in the context of conversational experiences. Your work will effectively influence engineering, product, data science, and company leaders to champion the experiences content creators need to succeed in submitting the most relevant content for end user to be inspired and empowered by.

What you'll do

  • Own the complete content submission experience with an agentic-first approach. Radically simplify workflows and advocate for a streamlined creator experience.

  • Design new patterns and frameworks for how content is discovered and prioritized based on user intent in conversational experiences.

  • Share a clear and inspiring vision about search, systems, and data development principles with diverse contributor groups.

  • Lead Search and Discovery Agentic Tagging and Attribution Experiences: Apply your knowledge of keyword relevance, metadata, and ranking to link submission experiences with downstream content management, curation, and display within the product experience.

What you need to succeed

  • 5+ years of product development experience with demonstrated expert-level proficiency in complex contributor systems and an ability to innovate across ambiguous, open-ended problem spaces.

  • Expertise with agent-first or AI-assisted workflows, especially in contribution, tagging, or submission experiences.

  • Recognized expertise in crafting horizontal, foundational solutions that scale across multiple products or services.

  • Deep proficiency in search and discovery systems, including understanding of keyword relevance, indexing, ranking, and metadata strategy.

  • Proficiency in Figma (Variables, Autolayout, DevMode, Responsive Prototypes) and building design systems—consistently delivering solutions at the highest level of craft and fidelity.

  • Strong storytelling skills—able to articulate large-scale building vision and frame complex architectural concepts for audiences from engineering to executive levels.

  • A collaborative approach led by design: you champion the user in your product team, actively include research and business data to support creative thinking, and guide colleagues when suitable toward cohesive solutions.

Preferred Accessibility Design Skills:

  • Experience designing accessible and inclusive interfaces for people with disabilities.

  • Understanding of applying WCAG conformance criteria in design, specifically testing comps, wireframes, and prototypes for accessibility standards.

  • Accessibility certifications CPACC, WAS, CPWA, or ADS from the IAAP preferred.
