Sr. Product Manager
Organizational Relationships: Interacts with Technology/Engineering, Design/UX, Marketing, Sales/Ops, After-Sales, Analytics, Legal, 3rd party vendors.
This role could be an individual contributor or a manager of people.

Job Responsibilities:
- Own the development, execution, and success of large-scale products or multiple smaller products.
- Successfully manage and deliver multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Independently prioritize features, initiatives, and projects based on customer needs, business value, and technical feasibility.
- Make trade-offs as necessary and set realistic expectations with senior leadership on delivery timeframes.
- Write clear, comprehensive product requirements for projects of any size, ensuring alignment across teams.
- Design A/B tests to measure feature success, analyze results, and determine next steps to optimize product performance.
- Partner with UX teams to define research goals, develop research guides, and synthesize findings to inform future product decisions.
- Establish and monitor KPIs to measure success and ensure accurate tracking of product performance.
- Troubleshoot data issues and work with raw data to derive meaningful insights for continuous improvement.
- Translate business strategies and KPIs into actionable product roadmaps in collaboration with senior product team members.
- Continuously refine and maintain the roadmap in consultation with leadership.
- Demonstrate behaviors consistent with the Company’s Vision, Mission, and Values in all interactions with customers, co-workers, and suppliers.
- Adheres to all company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
Qualifications:
- 5 to 8 years of experience in product management or equivalent roles, demonstrating a track record of successful product ownership and delivery.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, capable of influencing stakeholders across various levels.
- Expertise in A/B testing methodologies and deriving actionable insights.
- Ability to work with qualitative and quantitative data to drive product decisions.
- Experience developing and maintaining strategic product roadmaps.
- Proficiency in product management tools such as Jira, Confluence, and analytics platforms.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- Must meet company’s requirements for employment.

Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
- Frequent use of hands and fingers for typing, writing, and handling office equipment.
- Ability to use a computer monitor and read small text for extended periods.
- Occasional standing and walking within the office for meetings or collaboration.
- Lifting or carrying light objects such as laptops, office supplies, or documents (typically up to 10–15 lbs).
- Clear verbal communication for phone calls, virtual meetings, and in-person discussions.
- Ability to focus in an open office environment or while using noise-canceling devices.
- Occasional bending, reaching, or crouching to access filing cabinets or office storage.
- Minimal travel (if applicable) for training, meetings, or company events.
Compensation Disclaimer
Base Salary: $138,000 to $184,000.00 base salary, commensurate with experience, qualifications, and geographic location. This position is also eligible for an annual performance-based bonus and RSUs in accordance with the company's applicable incentive plan.
