Senior Product Manager, Digital Experiences
We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to own and evolve Stellantis’ car companion app, web and connected service experiences. This role is responsible for defining and delivering digital experiences that connect customers, vehicles, and services, driving daily engagement and long-term customer value.
You will lead product strategy and execution across web and app features such as subscriptions, notifications, user journeys, and service integrations - working closely with engineering, design, data, and regional business teams.
This is a high-impact, high-ownership role for a product manager who can operate across strategy and execution in a complex, global, platform-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Product Strategy & Roadmap
- Define and own a multi-year product strategy and roadmap for the digital experiences (app, web)
- Identify and prioritize high-impact customer use cases across ownership lifecycle: onboarding, daily usage, servicing, safety, and value-added services.
- Stay deeply informed on customer behavior, market trends, competitive landscape, and emerging connected-vehicle capabilities.
- Balance near-term feature delivery with long-term platform and scalability investments.
- Partner with regional and legal teams to ensure solutions meet local market, regulatory, and compliance requirements.
Execution Excellence
- Partner with engineering and UX to deliver quality products with clarity and speed.
- Drive clarity in product requirements, acceptance criteria, and success metrics.
- Own delivery timelines, communication with stakeholders, and alignment across internal and external teams.
- Evangelize product vision, roadmap and progress to executive stakeholders.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Drive alignment across engineering, design, data, marketing, commercial, and operations teams around shared OKRs and priorities.
- Act as the single-threaded owner for the mobile app experiences, resolving trade-offs and unblocking teams.
- Foster a culture of customer obsession, ownership, and continuous improvement.
