Rate of Pay: $190,000 to $232,000 per Year

What you’ll do
- Define, own, and execute the product roadmap for the Membership Retention and Engagement charter.
- Work closely with cross-functional counterparts.
- Translate the product strategy and requirements into technical specifications for Engineers, UX Design, Data Scientists, Marketing, Operations, and other teams.
- Define and launch experiments in collaboration with global cross functional stakeholders (Engineers, Data Scientists, Marketing, Operations, and other teams) to drive membership growth.
- Scale the product launches across several continents to achieve growth goals.
- Launch features across the Uber Eats app, Uber Rides app, and out-of-app communication channels.
- May telecommute.
Basic Qualifications
- Employer will accept a Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Mathematics, Physics, or related field, and three years of experience in the job offered or related occupation.
- Position requires:
- Data Analysis of complex data sets;
- Extracting business insights, troubleshoot product or service performance, and identify opportunities for product or service improvement;
- Experimentation techniques, including simulation or A/B testing;
- Data Analysis tools, including Mixpanel or Tableau;
- Mobile application and web software architecture;
- Translating abstract technical concepts into solutions;
- Relational database concepts: SQL and MySQL;
- Building consumer-facing technology products;
- Optimizing product features to increase the user onboarding conversion rate;
- Defining product specifications and user experiences;
- Designing and implementing large scale customer experiments;
- Analyzing user requirements, procedures, and problems to automate or improve existing tools and systems;
- Statistical analyses, including descriptive statistics, correlation, regression, and confidence intervals;
- Developing relevant metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure performance.
