Sr. Robotics Maintenance Engineer
- Analyze paint defects and refine robot paths
- Commission robotic paint and sealing equipment
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers on automation requirements
- Design robot trajectories and application parameters
- Develop safety interlock matrices and robot zone maps
- Document robot programs and control architecture
- Integrate robotic cells with conveyors and paint systems
- Lead paint automation technical delivery for new launches
- Maintain robot recovery procedures and troubleshooting guides
- Perform downtime analysis and implement corrective actions
- Simulate robotic paint paths and validate cycle time
- Support predictive diagnostics and Total Productive Maintenance
- Train maintenance technicians and production personnel
- Tune paint parameters to meet coating quality targets
- Verify robot communication with PLCs and safety systems
