Manage a customer portfolio and territory for the Metal Packaging business across Central and Eastern Europe, resolving technical and commercial requests while hitting financial targets and coordinating line trials and innovation projects using CRM.
About this Position What you´ll do Manage your assigned customer portfolio and territory to maintain and grow our Metal Packaging business in the country cluster Hungary, Czech Republic, Slovakia Romania, by nurturing relationships with customers and relevant stakeholders. (Re)solve customer requests and complaints in collaboration with the relevant functions (Application Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, Product Development,…). Pursue the achievement of the given financial targets and additional team goals, by executing customer roadmap and pricing actions. Provide transparency within the company about your assigned portfolio and market through effective communication with internal stakeholders and proper CRM usage. Support our technical team by coordinating line trials, trainings, and innovation projects.
