Sr Sales Specialist (US Staffing)

This is a permanent remote position from India only.
We are looking for someone with proven US Staffing Sales Experience (Non-negotiable).
Key role:
- Generate new US clients (cold calling, email, LinkedIn)
- Manage client relationships and understand hiring needs
- Coordinate with recruiters to fill positions
Requirements
Skills needed:
- Strong sales + US staffing experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience doing sales for US staffing firms.
- Excellent English communication
- Negotiation and client handling skills
