Sr. Salesforce Business Systems Analyst

Summary

Senior Salesforce Business Systems Analyst designs and implements Salesforce solutions to meet business needs, working closely with stakeholders and IT teams to drive project execution and improvements.

Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Lead Project implementations end to end from design to launch, with technical solution ownership and awareness

  • Translate business requirements into well designed Salesforce solutions that best leverage the platform

  • Work with wide spectrum of stakeholders, up and down with flexible working styles

  • Data-driven decision maker with strong tracking and reporting capabilities

  • Lead design sessions, designing solutions that are aligned with the business objectives

  • Engagement with System and Process experts to help identify solutions to business pain points

  • Hands-on implementation experience on Enterprise Platforms

  • Drive systems-related project execution in direct partnership with IT (system administrators and development scrum teams)

  • Measure and document business results achieved through solution implementation

  • Lead UAT business planning, execution, and go live

  • Partner with project stakeholders, IT, and System Administrator teams to prepare for Go-Live and post-go live support

Required Skills/Experience:

  • 8+ years’ experience working within Salesforce CRM in a Business Analyst role

  • Strong implementation experience in Salesforce Platform

  • Hands-on configuration experience on Salesforce Platform

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science or related field

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, Word & PowerPoint

  • Understanding of systems analysis

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to multi-task and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment

  • Able to work independently and consider cross-functional and downstream impacts with close attention to detail

  • Ability to think proactively and identify solutions to drive business needs

  • Strong orientation of latest AI productivity tools

Desired Skills/Experience:

  • Systems Analyst or Consulting experience preferred

  • Process workflows experience.

  • Business analysis experience.

  • Large Enterprise Project execution experience.

Compensation will be based primarily on the job level at which the role is filled and the
candidate’s qualifications, consistent with applicable law.

We provide market-competitive compensation packages, inclusive of base pay, incentives, benefits, and equity. It would not be typical for someone to be hired at the top end of range for the role, as actual pay will be determined based on several factors, including experience, skills, and qualifications.
