Sr. Salesforce Integration Test Engineer - Genesys

About the role

Core Technical Skills

• At least 8 years of experience in software testing in a lead capacity.

• Proficiency in using JIRA, Confluence, Zephyr, or similar test management tools.

• Familiarity with Agile and DevOps practices.

• QE experience in Salesforce and Genesys platforms.

• Experience testing cloud hosted applications.

• Knowledge or experience in insurance or finance domains.

• MUST HAVE: Salesforce and Genesys

Desirable Skills

• Experience working with AI.

• Ability to design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Playwright

• Ability to setup and run regression suites via Azure Devops CI/CD pipelines

• Cross Browser & Mobile testing experience
