Sr. Solutions & Technical Architect

The Senior Cloud Architect leads the design, delivery, and governance of secure, scalable, and cost‑efficient cloud platforms and solutions. This role partners with engineering, security, data, and product teams to define cloud strategy, modernize applications, and drive operational excellence across multi-account and multi-cloud environments (primarily AWS; familiarity with Azure/GCP is a plus).

Define and evolve cloud architecture standards, reference designs, and guardrails aligned to business goals

Architect reliable, secure, and observable platforms for applications, data, and analytics at scale

Accelerate delivery through platform engineering, automation, and reusable patterns

Optimize cost, performance, and resilience using best practices and measurable KPIs

Ensure compliance, security-by-design, and operational readiness across the SDLC

8–12+ years in architecture/engineering with 5+ years in cloud (AWS primary)

Led multiple end-to-end cloud solutions at scale (enterprise or high-growth)

Proven track record in platform engineering and automation-first delivery

Cloud: AWS core (VPC, IAM, EC2, EKS/ECS, Lambda, RDS/Aurora, DynamoDB, S3, CloudFront, Route 53, KMS)

Networking: CIDR, routing, VPN/DX, Transit Gateway, PrivateLink, hybrid connectivity

Security: IAM design, KMS, Secrets Manager, WAF, Shield, GuardDuty, Security Hub, Detective

Data: S3 data lakes, Glue, Athena, Redshift, Kafka/MSK/Kinesis, RDS/Aurora; patterns for analytics/ML

Containers/Serverless: EKS/ECS/Fargate, Lambda, API Gateway, service mesh, event-driven architectures

IaC/Automation: Terraform/CloudFormation/CDK, GitHub Actions/GitLab CI, ArgoCD/Flux, Policy-as-Code (OPA/Conftest/Checkov)

Observability: CloudWatch, OpenTelemetry, Prometheus/Grafana, logging pipelines (Firehose/OpenSearch/SIEM)

SRE/Resilience: blue/green, canary, chaos engineering, autoscaling, DR/multi-region
