Sr. T&E Manager
Job Description:
Work/responsibilities regularly span multiple job families within this job group. Develops and executes comprehensive marketing, business development, brand and external communication strategies, tactical plans and programs to optimize market share and profitability. Identifies, develops and maintains customer and partner relationships and meet service requirements. Partners cross-functionally (e.g., with sales). Leads market research to assess current and future market conditions, competitive product, service and pricing practices and changing customer/prospect dynamics in order to influence new product/service development. Includes Marketing Operations. Plans, develops and manages marketing events (e.g., trade shows, conventions, sales meetings) for internal and/or external clients. This job family is intended to accommodate 1) jobs whose accountabilities span two or more job families within the job group; 2) jobs that are not covered by a defined job family within the job group; 3) managerial roles spanning more than one family that are not broad enough in scope and impact to be assigned to the Business Unit/General Management job family within the Management job group.
Job Requirements:
Responsibilities:
- Clinical and product sales’ training.
- Identify, build and communicate product value propositions that can be related to by the clinicians. Direct field sales exposure on regular basis.
- Support commercial team to retain/acquire large NBS customers and competition users through joint field workings to understand customer needs and to curate customized solution offerings of T&E.
- KOL Management: Identify, recruit and build relationships with KOLs in the assigned geography.
- T&E: Plan and execute training and education programs in the assigned geography; build and report participants’ database and assist in business tracking in sync with commercial team.
- Actively assist upgradation of training materials on need basis for UEP, CIP and other courses. Complete documentation of courses and proposals.
- Building relations with key customers and segments: KOLs, DSOs and academia through frequent market / institution visits with sales team supporting them with product demos, case planning and allied clinical case discussions.
- T&E Asset management: Distribution, tracking, periodic audits, inventory control and reporting on a quarterly basis.
- Actively participate in T&E events by being present to demonstrate products and have meaningful discussions with customers to develop market understanding.
- Assist clinicians in clinical cases especially during New product launches. Guide junior dentists on case procedures.
- Regularly train internal team members to upgrade their clinical skills
Desired work experience, education & skills
- Work experience of 8 years or more in the MNC Medical Devices or Dental industry with experience in clinical and product sales’ training.
- Ability to identify, build and communicate product value propositions that can be related to by the clinicians. Direct field sales exposure preferred.
- Dental Graduate, preferably with management qualification.
- Ability to travel >50% of the time PAN India

- 7+ year Dental/Implant Industry experience
- Tech-savvy, fully competent in IT (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Windows OS)
- Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong ability to understand and deliver on technical user requirements.
- Hands-on, detail-oriented, and meticulous nature
- Proactive, self-driven, good analytical and outstanding problem-solving skills
