Job Summary:

  • Leads the Talent Acquisition strategy for a moderately sizeable geographic, across multiple sites or countries, with some stakeholder or model complexity. This role focuses on technologically driven processes, operational excellence and delivering best-in-class and best-in-cost expectations for customer and business satisfaction. This role ensures alignment with overall business objectives, optimizing recruitment operations and enhancing the candidate experience through innovative technologies and efficient practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Subject Matter Expert: Leverages expertise to advise HR and the business, offering insights, trends and recommendations
  • Ensure recruitment strategies and processes are customer-centric, enhancing candidate experience and satisfaction.
  • Utilize analytics to inform strategic decisions and continuously improve recruitment processes. Effectively tell data stories with business customers.
  • Collaborator: Partners internally and externally to build and accelerate capabilities in areas most aligned with our strategy, as part of ONE HR team
  • Actively build and maintain relationships with key industry players, technology partners, and internal stakeholders to enhance recruitment practices.
  • Navigate and lead the team effectively through the complexities and uncertainties inherent in a large, dynamic business environment.
  • Standard Setter: Sets standards and infrastructure tor the enterprise (policies, processes, systems, tools) and evaluates effectiveness

Education, Licenses, Certifications:

  • College, university, or equivalent degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field, or equivalent experience is required.

Experience:

  • Extensive experience in Talent Acquisition or other HR Business Partnership or Operations roles.
  • Responsible for talent acquisition activities for assigned business groups and functions across Mainland China, Hong Kong, Taiwan and Mongolia, delivering strategic talent solutions that support business growth and organizational success.
  • Demonstrates strong understanding of talent market dynamics, talent supply trends and competitive talent landscapes, translating market insights into effective talent acquisition strategies.
  • Leverages Employee Value Proposition (EVP), Employer Branding (EB) initiatives and talent attraction programs to strengthen hiring outcomes and enhance candidate attraction in targeted talent markets.
  • Drives diversity recruiting initiatives that support organizational diversity and inclusion objectives while strengthening diverse talent pipelines.
  • Ensures recruitment activities comply with applicable laws, company policies and data privacy requirements while effectively managing recruiting-related compliance and risk.
  • Demonstrates advanced AI and recruitment technology capabilities.
  • Demonstrates strong cross-cultural communication and influencing skills and collaborates effectively with regional and global stakeholders within a matrix organization.
