Sr. Technical Program Manager- AI ready data platform, Worldwide Global Selling - AIT
Key job responsibilities
• Own end-to-end program management for AI-ready data initiatives, including data foundation standardization, metric governance, and AI application enablement across WWGS.
• Coordinate across cross-functional teams — Data Engineering, Business Intelligence, Data Science, Product, and Business stakeholders — to align priorities, resolve blockers, and drive delivery against roadmap commitments.
• Build and maintain program plans, milestone trackers, risk registers, and executive-level status communications; ensure leadership has real-time visibility into program health.
• Lead structured intake, scoping, and prioritization processes for data and AI requests across WWGS business teams, ensuring feasibility and resource alignment before execution begins.
• Translate complex technical concepts and program status into clear, concise communications for senior and executive leadership
• Drive retrospectives and continuous improvement processes; identify patterns across programs and institutionalize learnings into team operating mechanisms.
• Represent WWGS-AIT in cross-org planning forums, contributing to OP planning, resource alignment, and initiative prioritization.

The Amazon Global Selling Analytics, Intelligence, and Technology (WWGS-AIT) team serves as the data, intelligence, and AI enablement hub for the International Seller Service organization. We drive growth insights and business impact through strategic investments in AI-ready data foundations, self-service BI/AI solutions, and cross-functional program delivery. WWGS-AIT is at the center of Amazon Global Selling's AI transformation — owning the data layer that powers AI-native initiatives across the entire WWGS organization.
We are looking for a Senior Technical Program Manager, Data & AI to drive the planning, coordination, and delivery of our AI-ready data programs across WWGS. This role sits at the intersection of data engineering, business intelligence, and AI application — requiring someone who can bridge technical teams and business stakeholders, navigate ambiguity, and deliver structured outcomes at scale.
