【Job Summary: 】
We are looking for a SSD Hardware Engineer (Electronics Engineer) to join our storage hardware development team. This role focuses on SSD hardware design, validation, and system-level integration, covering controller-based SSD platforms from schematic to mass production.

【Key Responsibilities:】
◆ Design and develop SSD hardware platforms including controller, NAND Flash, DRAM, and power circuits
◆ Create and review schematic designs for SSD modules (M.2, U.2, E1.S, E3.S, etc.)
◆ Work with layout engineers to ensure high-speed PCB routing quality
◆ Perform signal integrity (SI) and power integrity (PI) analysis
◆ Design and validate power delivery networks (PDN) and power sequencing
◆ Support hardware bring-up, debugging, and issue root cause analysis
◆ Participate in EVT / DVT / PVT development phases
◆ Collaborate with firmware and system teams for issue resolution
◆ Conduct hardware validation and reliability testing (ESD, thermal, power stress).
◆ Work with vendors on BOM selection and component qualification.
◆ Ensure compliance with PCI-SIG, JEDEC, SNIA, OCP standards.

◆ 建立與審查 SSD 模組原理圖（M.2、U.2、E1.S、E3.S 等）
◆ 與 Layout 工程師合作，確保高速 PCB 佈線品質
◆ 進行訊號完整性（SI）與電源完整性（PI）分析
◆ 設計與驗證電源架構（PDN）與電源啟動時序
◆ 支援硬體 Bring-up、除錯與問題根因分析
◆ 參與 EVT / DVT / PVT 開發階段
◆ 與韌體及系統團隊跨部門合作解決問題
◆ 執行硬體驗證與可靠度測試（ESD、熱測試、電源壓力測試等）
◆ 與供應商合作進行 BOM 選料與元件認證
11. 確保設計符合 PCI-SIG、JEDEC、SNIA、OCP 等標準

【Required Qualifications: 】
◆ Bachelor’s degree or above in Electrical/Electronics Engineering
◆ 3+ years of experience in hardware design or validation
◆ Solid knowledge of digital circuit and power circuit design
◆ Experience with schematic and PCB tools (Altium, Cadence, etc.)
◆ Understanding of high-speed interfaces such as PCIe
◆ Hands-on experience with lab debug tools (scope, DMM, logic analyzer)
◆ Good communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

◆ 電機、電子相關科系學士以上
◆ 3 年以上硬體設計或驗證相關經驗
◆ 具備數位電路與電源電路設計基礎
◆ 熟悉原理圖與 PCB 設計工具（Altium、Cadence 等）
◆ 了解 PCIe 等高速介面
◆ 具備實驗室除錯儀器操作經驗（示波器、萬用電表、邏輯分析儀）
◆ 具備良好溝通能力與跨部門合作經驗

【Preferred Qualifications:】
◆ Experience with PCIe Gen4 / Gen5 SI analysis
◆ Knowledge of NAND Flash interfaces (ONFi / Toggle)
◆ Familiarity with DRAM (DDR / LPDDR)
◆ Experience with enterprise SSD or server storage products
◆ Understanding of thermal design and PLP architecture
◆ Experience in manufacturing support or yield improvement

◆ 具備 PCIe Gen4 / Gen5 訊號分析經驗
◆ 熟悉 NAND Flash 介面（ONFi / Toggle）
◆ 熟悉 DDR / LPDDR 記憶體
◆ 有企業級 SSD 或伺服器儲存產品經驗
◆ 了解散熱設計或 PLP（斷電保護）架構
◆ 具備量產支援或良率改善經驗
