We are looking for a Backend Engineer with strong Java development skills and hands-on experience in Generative AI. The candidate will be responsible for building scalable backend applications while leveraging GenAI technologies to develop intelligent solutions and enhance engineering productivity.
Key Responsibilities- Design, develop, and maintain backend applications using Java and Spring Boot.
- Build REST APIs and scalable backend services.
- Work with databases, optimize queries, and ensure application performance.
- Develop and integrate GenAI/LLM-powered capabilities into applications.
- Leverage GenAI tools and frameworks for coding, debugging, automation, and application development.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable and scalable solutions.
- 1–3 years of experience in backend development.
- Strong hands-on expertise in Core Java, OOPs, and Spring Boot.
- Practical experience in Generative AI, LLMs, and AI-powered application development.
- Hands-on experience with GenAI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, GitHub Copilot, or similar tools.
- Understanding of REST APIs, SQL, and database fundamentals.
- Good problem-solving, analytical, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Exposure to Python, LangChain, RAG, prompt engineering, or LLM APIs.
- Familiarity with microservices, Kafka, Redis, or cloud technologies.
