SSE - Backend

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services and microservices using Java and Golang.
• Build and optimize REST APIs and backend systems for high performance and availability.
• Work on distributed systems, event-driven architectures, and large-scale data pipelines.
• Collaborate with architects on HLD and LLD design documents.
• Participate in code reviews and ensure high code quality and best practices.
• Work closely with product, QA, and DevOps teams for seamless delivery.
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and cloud-based deployments.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues and performance bottlenecks.

Requirements:

• 3-7 years of backend development experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with Java (Mandatory).
• Hands-on experience with Golang (Mandatory).
• Strong expertise in Spring Boot and Microservices architecture.
• Experience with REST API design and development.
• Proficiency in SQL and NoSQL databases: MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and Redis.
• Experience with Kafka or similar messaging/event-driven systems.
• Hands-on with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with AWS, GCP, or Azure cloud platforms.
• Strong understanding of system design, HLD, LLD, and design patterns.
• Experience with Git and CI/CD pipelines.

Good to Have:

• Experience with gRPC or GraphQL.
• Exposure to distributed systems at scale.
• Familiarity with observability tools Grafana, Prometheus, and ELK Stack.
• Experience in a telecom or product-based company background.
