Role & responsibilities
Hiring: Senior Engineer Full Stack Development
Experience: 57 Years
Location: Offshore – India (Hybrid / Remote, depending on project requirements)
Employment Type: Full-Time
Mandatory Technical Skills
- Strong programming experience in Python.
- Working knowledge of Node.js.
- Hands-on experience with AWS services and AWS EKS.
- Experience with Red Hat OpenShift and Kubernetes.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems and microservices architecture.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automation.
- Infrastructure as Code: Terraform, CloudFormation, or Ansible.
- Messaging technologies: Kafka, AWS SQS/SNS, or similar.
AI & Generative AI Skills (Mandatory)
- Hands-on experience with AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, or Cursor.
- Experience using AI tools for coding, testing, debugging, code reviews, and documentation.
- Understanding of LLM integration, prompt engineering, RAG, embeddings, and agentic workflows.
- Knowledge of responsible AI development, code validation, security, and data privacy practices.
- Familiarity with MCP (Model Context Protocol) is an advantage.
