Staff AI Platform Engineer
You will design and implement distributed systems that support AI agents at scale, with a focus on reliability, performance, and cost efficiency. You will establish testing, observability, and CI/CD practices; own the AI platform technical roadmap; mentor engineers; and work with ML engineers and researchers to productionize AI capabilities while maintaining system stability.

- Mentor engineers on building reliable production systems
- Own the technical roadmap and architectural decisions for the AI platform
- Collaborate with ML engineers and researchers to productionize AI capabilities
Requirements
- 7+ years building and operating distributed systems in production
- Track record of improving system reliability to 99.9%+ uptime
- Expertise in microservices, containerization, Kubernetes, and infrastructure as code
- Experience leading technical initiatives and mentoring engineering teams
- Strong coding skills across the stack
- Experience debugging production issues and implementing observability
- Ability to make pragmatic trade-offs
