Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable, secure, and high-availability backend services.
- Lead backend architecture decisions and drive system design discussions.
- Build and optimize APIs, microservices, and data pipelines.
- Ensure performance, reliability, and scalability of backend systems.
- Collaborate closely with frontend, product, and DevOps teams.
- Review code, enforce coding standards, and mentor junior engineers.
- Troubleshoot complex production issues and improve system observability.
- Drive adoption of best practices in backend engineering, security, and testing.
Requirements:
- 5-10 years of strong experience in backend development.
- Proficiency in one or more backend languages (Java, C#, Python, Node.js, Go, etc. ).
- Strong experience with RESTful APIs and/or GraphQL.
- Hands-on experience with databases (SQL & NoSQL).
- Solid understanding of system design, data structures, and algorithms.
- Experience with microservices architecture and distributed systems.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
