Staff Data Analyst
Summary
Analyze sales and operational data using Excel, Power BI, and SQL to create reports and dashboards that guide business decisions in a fast-growing restaurant group.
Collect, analyze, and interpret operational and business data to support decision-making.
Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and data visualizations using Microsoft Excel and Power BI.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports for management and business users.
Extract, clean, and validate data using SQL to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
Analyze sales, operational, and business performance data to identify trends and provide actionable insights.
Gather and benchmark external market data to support business analysis and strategic initiatives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Operations, Finance, Marketing, Supply Chain, and other departments, to fulfill reporting requirements.
Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality of company data.
Continuously improve reporting processes and recommend data-driven solutions to support business performance.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Informatics Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
Minimum 1 year of experience as a Data Analyst, Business Analyst, or in a similar role.
Fresh graduates with strong analytical skills and internship experience are welcome to apply.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel (advanced formulas, Pivot Table, Power Query), Power BI, and SQL.
Experience in data visualization and dashboard development.
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Good communication skills and able to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Experience in the F&B, retail, hospitality, or consumer goods industry is an advantage.
Willing to work at Head Office – Central Jakarta.
