Staff Data Engineer | Lead, AI-Driven Data Platform

WeRoad seeks a Staff/Lead Data Engineer to steer a small, senior data team and advance our data platform from solid foundations to best‑in‑class. You’ll own data architecture, ingestion and orchestration, and enable self‑serve BI for multi‑market stakeholders.

You’ll drive AI‑enabled data engineering practices, mentor engineers, and shape data governance, trust, and a data roadmap in collaboration with cross‑functional teams.
