Staff Devops Engineer

We’re seeking ahands-on Staff DevOps Engineerto own architecture, automation, and scaleout of our Google Cloud Platform infrastructure. You’ll work closely with software engineers to deliverAI-ready, production-grade systemsthat are secure, resilient, and built for speed.
What You’ll Do

• Architect, automate, and scale secure infrastructure onGoogle Cloud Platform.

• Build and maintainCI/CD pipelinesfor rapid, reliable delivery.

• Collaborate with engineering teams to designproduction-ready AI/ML systems.

• Monitor, optimize, and secure all environments forperformance, uptime, and scalability.

What We’re Looking For:
Experience

• 10+ yearsin DevOps, Infrastructure, SRE, or Platform Engineering (hands-on IC).

• Startup experience (early-stage preferred). Additional background at larger tech companies (e.g., Shopify) is a plus.

• Deep expertise withGCP (compute, networking, storage, security).

• Proven experience integratingAI/ML systems in production.

• Bonus: Founder/CTO background, or 5+ years at a successful startup.

Skills

• CI/CD, containerization, automated testing.

• Kubernetesexpertise.

• Distributed systems & cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure).

• Database & infra stack:Postgres, Turbopuffer, OpenAI.

• Platform telemetry, performance, scalability, uptime ownership.
