Staff DevOps/SRE - Software Engineer(Enterprise Networking)

You will serve as a Principal DevOps / SRE Engineer, leading the infrastructure architecture, reliability, and technical evolution of our next-generation enterprise network management platform.

You will work closely with Cloud Backend, Local Controller, QE, and Product teams to build a scalable, highly available, and reliable cloud platform supporting large-scale device deployments and multi-tenant (MSP) environments.
What You’ll Do:
1. Set up and manage CI/CD pipelines to automate builds, testing, and deployments.
2. Work on monitoring and alerting for our cloud backend and products using tools like Prometheus, Grafana, and ELK.
3. Manage and maintain Kubernetes and Docker environments for development and production.
4. Use Terraform or similar tools to automate infrastructure setup and deployment.
5. Help improve system stability, scalability, and performance.
6. Collaborate with developers and QA to improve release quality and speed.
7. Respond to incidents and help make the system more reliable over time.

【Essential Requirements】
1. Familiarity with scripting languages (e.g., Bash, Python)
2 10+ years of experience
- 5+ years of software development(DevOps) experience
- 5+ years of SRE domain experience
3. Proficiency with version control tools (e.g., Git)
4. Experience with Jenkins CI/CD pipelines or similar CI/CD systems
5. Hands-on experience with container technologies such as Kubernetes and Docker
6. Experience with monitoring systems such as Prometheus and ELK
7. Familiarity with automation and deployment infrastructure (e.g., Terraform)

【Preferred Qualifications】
1. Experience with Terraform (if not covered above)
2. Knowledge of Golang
3. Experience with MLOps
4. Familiarity with Cilium and Falco
