Allica Bank is seeking a Staff Full Stack Engineer to set technical direction across multiple squads, oversee 2–3 squads and line-manage 3–5 engineers. You will shape architecture and drive secure, compliant delivery across Allica's digital products using Spring Boot microservices (Java/Kotlin) and React/TypeScript.
You will champion cloud-native patterns on Azure, own cross-cutting concerns like authentication and observability, mentor senior engineers, and collaborate with Product, Design and
