Staff Nurse - ICU

<p class="MsoNormal"><i>1. Providing direct clinical care to the patient assigned.</i></p> <p class="MsoNormal"><i>2. Work as a team member to the unit assigned.</i></p> <p class="MsoNormal"><i>3. Implementation of policy and procedures for the quality assurance and improvement function of the department to assure improve nursing compliance with NABH and JCI.</i></p> <p class="MsoNormal"><i>4. Develop and maintain good relation with staff and physician and other stake holders to patient care.</i></p> <p class="MsoNormal"><i>5. Act as a liaison between patient attender and other department for improving function of nursing services.</i></p> <p class="MsoNormal"><i>6. Participate in Hands on educational programme s with help of education department ensuring training is completed on time.</i></p> <p class="MsoNormal"><i>7. Participate in NALS and PALS training round the year.</i></p> <p class="MsoNormal"><i>8. Participate and assist in all types of audit for the better patient care and clinical outcome.</i></p> <p class="MsoNormal"><i>9. Perform all other related duties incidental to the work described as required by supervisor/ In charge.</i></p> <p class="MsoNormal"><i>10. Daily inventory management and IP issues in the entire respective shift.</i></p> <p class="MsoNormal"><i>11. Check for the medication, high alert and narcotic inventory and list the of expiry drugs on regular basis.</i></p>
