Staff Product Designer
Summary
Designs the core UX for Netomi's AI-powered customer experience platform, focusing on enterprise control towers, governance, and self-serve onboarding for large global brands.
About the Role
You'll own complex, foundational initiatives that shape the core of our platform, starting with our customer-facing control tower, where enterprises design, govern, and monitor their AI agents. Your job is to connect product strategy to coherent, elegant UX: taking ambiguous, technically deep problem spaces and turning them into experiences that feel inevitable.
Responsibilities
-
Own end-to-end design for platform-foundation initiatives: from framing the problem and shaping strategy through to shipped, polished UX
-
Bring coherence to the control tower, unifying agent configuration, governance, and monitoring into one clear mental model for customers
-
Drive the design side of our PLG transition: self-serve onboarding, in-product education, and experiences that convert without a sales call
-
Work directly with real enterprise customers, observing their challenges firsthand and designing solutions that hold up in the world's most complex CX environments
-
Establish design patterns, systems, and quality bars that other designers and engineers build on
-
Partner deeply with Product, Engineering, and Customer teams across geographies
Requirement
-
8–12 years of product design experience, with significant time on complex B2B/enterprise SaaS platforms (AI, data, developer tools, or workflow products a plus)
-
Proven ownership of large, ambiguous initiatives from zero to shipped, not just execution against a spec
-
High agency: you find the problems worth solving, rally people around them, and drive them to done without waiting for permission
-
Unleashed curiosity about customers, AI, systems, and how the business works
-
Strong systems thinking: you design coherent frameworks, not one-off screens
-
Excellent collaboration and communication across cross-functional and distributed teams
-
Portfolio demonstrating craft, rigor, and measurable impact on complex products
Why This Role
-
Consequential scope: your work sets the foundation for the platform's future, not incremental polish
-
Real customer problems: direct exposure to Fortune 500 CX challenges and the satisfaction of solving them
-
The PLG inflection point: join at the moment design leverage is highest
-
Frontier domain: agentic AI is being defined right now; you'll help define what humans need to trust and control it
