Job Description
- Design, develop, and maintain core ERP platform features and functionalities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of software components.
- 8-10+ years building and operating large-scale backend systems
- Deep expertise in Java, Spring Boot, JVM internals, concurrency, and performance tuning
- Proven experience designing and scaling multi-tenant SaaS platforms
- Strong PostgreSQL and/or Oracle experience in business-critical environments
- Someone trusted to make changes to the most critical systems without compromising stability
