Staff Software Engineer - ISPM Platform (Ruby/Rails)
You will join the Identity Security Posture Management (ISPM) team and be instrumental in building and growing a brand-new product from its roots. You will create the technical vision and implement exciting features from the product roadmap, working closely with a product manager, senior engineers, security researchers, designers, and market experts to develop market-defining solutions for the identity protection space. You will act as a technical leader, driving new ideas, building great software, and mentoring more junior engineers. You will make full use of AI coding tools to accelerate your development. You will work across the stack — building new UI one day, scalable data models and event ingestion the next, and automated detectors that alert customers and the Security Operations Center to suspicious activity. You will design systems and architecture to process petabytes of data efficiently and solve problems nobody has solved before.
