- Lead the modernisation of legacy systems to improve performance and scalability.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Staff Software Engineer should have:
- Expertise in Java, Spring Boot.
- Modernized a large legacy platform
- Migrated monoliths to microservices (Flyway / Liquibase)
- Built Kafka-based architectures.
- Led large-scale data migrations.
- Worked on ERP or Enterprise SaaS platforms (preferred).
- Owned business-critical production systems
