Job Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented State Sales Executive for a leading MNC in the furniture manufacturing and interior solutions industry. The ideal candidate should have strong business development skills and experience building relationships with contractors, architects, interior designers, builders, and developers.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop business connections with civil contractors and MEP contractors.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with architects and interior designers.
• Establish and nurture relationships with luxury builders and property developers.
• Identify and generate leads for luxury residential and commercial projects.
• Coordinate and conduct product presentations for key stakeholders.
• Develop long-term referral networks to generate consistent business opportunities.
• Identify new market opportunities and drive sales growth across the assigned state.
• Regularly follow up with prospects and convert leads into business.

Requirements

• 25 years of relevant experience in sales and business development.
• Experience in the furniture, interior solutions, building materials, or allied industries is preferred.
• Strong networking and relationship-management skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
• Ability to generate leads, develop new business opportunities, and achieve sales targets.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory as required.
