Job Summary
We are seeking experienced Steel Reinforcement Workers to join our construction projects, performing installation and assembly of reinforcing steel bars to meet safety and quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Install reinforcing steel bars precisely according to construction drawings to ensure structural integrity
- Cut, bend, and tie reinforcement bars accurately to prepare for concrete work
- Assemble reinforcement cages and mesh to specified dimensions and configurations
- Follow safety protocols and quality standards consistently to maintain a safe work environment and project compliance
- Communicate and coordinate effectively with supervisors and other trades on site to support smooth workflow
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in steel reinforcement work
- Familiarity with reading and interpreting reinforcement drawings
- Ability to perform heavy physical work required on construction sites
- Demonstrate teamwork by collaborating with colleagues and supervisors
- Willingness to work overtime as project demands
