POSITION SUMMARY

• To be fully conversant with all Departmental Standard Operating Procedures and be competent in executing all tasks..
• Ensures that flow and supply of operating equipment meets requirements.
• Keeps a stock of ice for emergencies.
• Controls cleanliness of equipment.
• Keeps clean and controlled swill areas.
• Controls closely operating equipment.
• Assists in keeping a proper records of equipment leaving or coming into the hotel and submits copies of records to accounting.
• Assists in conducting inventories on a quarterly basis in order to establish requirements for budget.
• Checks that soap and towel dispensers are filled at all times.
• Reports all signs of infestation to maintenance and plans, carries out and follow up pest control schemes.
• Other such duties as determined by the company from time to time
