High-level skill set:
- Strong understanding of scale-out storage platforms and parallel data access patterns
- Experience supporting PowerScale and/or WEKA in performance-sensitive environments
- Ability to assess throughput, latency, namespace health, and client connectivity
- Experience with storage health checks, capacity planning, and resilience monitoring
- Working knowledge of Linux client integration and mount-path troubleshooting
- Ability to identify whether bottlenecks originate in storage, fabric, or compute layers
- Familiarity with AI/HPC workload behavior and its impact on data services
