Warehouse/store assistant role in medical devices distribution handling goods receiving, inventory management, order picking, and deliveries. Based in Paya Lebar, Singapore, working 5 days/week with alternate Saturdays.
Job Description
- Industry/ Organization Type: Medical Devices – Warehousing, Storage & Distribution
- Position Title: Store Assistant cum Class 3 Driver
- Working Location: Paya Lebar
- Working Hours: 5 days (Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM; alternate Saturdays)
- Salary Package: Basic Salary + AWS + OT Pay
- Duration: Permanent Role
Key Responsibilities
- Unload goods from containers or delivery trucks.
- Sort, store, pack, and load goods according to company procedures.
- Pick and prepare orders for outbound deliveries.
- Update the stock control system and ensure inventory records are accurate.
- Keep the warehouse clean, tidy, and well-organised.
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

- Able to lift and carry goods safely as required for warehouse operations.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Basic computer knowledge for inventory and system updates.
- Responsible, organised, and self-motivated.
- Team player with good communication skills.
- Possession of a driving licence will be an advantage.
