Your Responsibilities

Lead & Develop Your Team

• Manage, coach and motivate a team of 20 or more retail staff to achieve individual and store objectives.
• Build a strong performance culture through regular coaching, feedback and development.
• Oversee manpower planning, staff scheduling and daily team deployment.
• Partner with HR on recruitment, onboarding and employee performance matters.

Drive Sales & Commercial Performance

• Take ownership of store sales targets, KPIs and overall profitability.
• Analyse sales trends, identify opportunities and implement strategies to improve performance.
• Monitor operational costs, productivity and key financial indicators.
• Lead from the sales floor, setting the standard for customer engagement and service excellence.

Oversee Store Operations

• Ensure smooth daily operations, including inventory management, merchandising and stock accuracy.
• Maintain high standards of visual presentation, customer service and store compliance.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and strengthen customer loyalty.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders to support promotions, product launches and business initiatives.

What We're Looking For

• Proven retail management experience, preferably within beauty, cosmetics or premium retail.
• Must have managed a team of at least 20 staff.
• Strong track record in achieving sales targets and driving store profitability.
• Solid understanding of store operations, inventory control and customer service standards.
• Confident in coaching, developing and managing large retail teams.
• Commercially driven, hands-on and comfortable in a fast-paced retail environment.
