Strategic Account Executive

You will own and grow a focused portfolio of strategic accounts across Canada, driving new business and expansion. You will develop multi-year account strategies, close complex multi-product and multi-region deals, build executive relationships, advise customers on AI roadmaps, partner with Solutions Engineering, Customer Success, and Partnerships, and turn customer insights into repeatable sales frameworks and product feedback.

Responsibilities

  • Own and grow a portfolio of strategic accounts
  • Develop and execute multi-year account strategies
  • Identify, scope, and close complex deals
  • Build relationships with executive, product, engineering, and business stakeholders
  • Advise customers on AI roadmaps
  • Partner with Solutions Engineering, Customer Success, and Partnerships
  • Translate bespoke deal patterns into repeatable frameworks
  • Feed customer learnings into the product roadmap
  • Drive outbound and high-touch engagement strategies

Requirements

  • 6-10+ years of quota-carrying strategic or enterprise sales experience
  • Track record of closing and expanding seven-figure-plus deals
  • Experience leading complex multi-threaded sales cycles
  • Experience with land-and-expand motions and long-term account growth
  • Experience scoping consultative custom deals
  • Technical fluency in APIs, integrations, and architecture
  • Executive presence with C-suite stakeholders
  • Ability to translate customer needs into product feedback
  • Creative outbound and pipeline generation skills
  • Ability to operate in an ambiguous high-growth environment
  • Willingness to travel for customer engagements
