Strategic Accounts Inside Sales Support

SUMMARY

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Strategic Account Inside Sales Support professional to join our dynamic sales team. This role is integral to our strategic account management, providing essential support to our sales representatives and ensuring our clients receive top-notch service. You will be responsible for assisting in the development of strategic sales initiatives, managing account-related tasks, and facilitating communication within the team and with clients.

• Achieving Strategic Accounts Yearly Budget Quota Target
• Achieving Strategic Accounts Yearly Budget Reach-In Unit Goals
• Engagement of customer events, training and special customer projects

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Provide comprehensive support to Strategic Account Managers and strategic accounts in managing and growing assigned accounts.
• Assist Strategic Account managers with helping to maintain and update customer account information in the CRM system, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Review customer requests to prepare and deliver quotes with the coordinator of Strategic Account Managers
• Coordinate and follow up on client requests, inquiries, and feedback to ensure a timely resolution.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product management, customer service and technical support to meet customer needs and drive sales initiatives.
• Monitor account performance, analyze sales data, and prepare reports on key metrics for the customer and account team to review.
• Participate in strategic account planning sessions and contribute to the identification of upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
• Help support Strategic Account Managers with developing a project plan and management for Strategic Accounts special projects
• Provide training and support to new team members as needed.
