'The Strategic Project Manager reports directly to C-level and is responsible for initiating, organizing, carrying out, and completing strategic projects that are critical to the organization. The role requires liaison with various departments within the organization and may also involve working alongside external consultants and stakeholders.
ROLE:
- Spot, evaluate, and solve critical issues facing the company across departments;
- Manage the planning, implementation, and delivery of strategic projects;
- Collaborate closely with department heads and the C-suite to align organizational efforts with strategic goals;
- Provide data-driven insights for strategy formulation;
- Ensure effective management of timelines, budgets, and resources;
- Play a part in shaping the company's overall strategic planning and direction.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Degree in Business, Engineering or a comparable field; an MBA is strongly preferred;
- Three or more years of experience in a similar role, or in consultancy, project management or business strategy;
- Proven ability to use strategic and analytical thinking to address complex problems;
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle several projects at the same time;
- Leadership capabilities, with the ability to work both cross-functionally and independently.
